Shipping policy

We ship with CTT (Portuguese Post) to Portugal (mainland, Azores and Madeira) and to all other European Union countries.

Shipping: €3.50 per order.
Free shipping on orders from €25.00.
Delivery time: usually 2 to 4 business days on the mainland and 4 to 7 business days to the Azores and Madeira, after dispatch.

Shipping is calculated on the total weight of the order and shown before you complete your purchase:

Up to 150 g (e.g. up to 3 bags of 15 g): standard mail €4.90 · tracked mail €8.90
150 g to 400 g: €7.90 · €11.90
400 g to 900 g: €11.90 · €15.90
900 g to 1.9 kg: €19.90 · €23.90

Delivery time: usually 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Standard mail has no tracking; we recommend tracked mail for larger orders or gifts.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or territories outside the EU VAT area.

Dispatch time: 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Prices include VAT at the applicable rate. There are no customs duties within the EU.
When your order is dispatched, we send you a confirmation email (with the tracking code, where applicable).

For large orders (companies, gift hampers, bulk) or shipments outside the EU, please contact us at sofiadiasmachado@gmail.com.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible, preferably with a photo, and we will replace it free of charge.
